Property was nice and cosy,Was lovely to come back from a long day at sports and Settle down in the Spa bath,Beds were so Comfy Family really loved it,

I was in one of the rooms upstairs and it was definitely more spacious than I was expecting. Very comfortable. Ample space to store things in the room and the kitchen was tidy and had a pot and pan and utensils to do some light cooking. The bathroom had an amazing amount of space and was super comfortable. AC and wifi were amazing and plenty of power outlets everywhere. Also the owner was great and very friendly upon arrival and check in. There was a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for $4 use. I didn't use the dryer as the room had a little closet nook that was great for hanging the clothes to dry. There were some wooden hangers provided in the room which came in handy for that as I didn't bring enough myself. Nice big and comfy double bed. As with other accomodation along Fenton Street, great location that is close to everything and also ample parking.

We stayed in the Studio with the Spa Pool - was very clean and a pleasant stay for a weekend away. Location - very close to everything! was amazing, yet off the main stretch of road so nice and quiet. Room - beds were incredibly comfy and adequate linen and towels, extra blanket just incase you are cold. TV - had a tv in the room with standard TV as well as the option for Netflix, YouTube etc. Kitchenette - has a hot plate which was super useful for us! No oil or any condiments so definitely take your own. Bathroom - very good, shower head was a bit funky to use and had to be twisted a certain way but not a massive issue for us. Spa Pool - took about 45 minutes to fill up, so take that into account if you are wanting a spa in the evening. Super hot, good jets, really enjoyed the added feature! Overall, a great place to stay in Rotorua, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this to friends and family who are travelling through or to!

Extremely clean room with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Rooms look like they have had a recent light refurbishment that has been done well. The owner went out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Located on Fenton a 2min Uber ride to eat street and the lake front. We loved the spa bath, this would be great for families! Bed was new and very comfortable.

Rooms was spacious and clean, facilities were excellent. Kitchen and bathroom well appointed and had everything that was needed, perhaps a little basic with no luxuries per se, but everything in good working order. (Although only instant coffee making - shock!)
